Students can volunteer with us in many different ways!  From assisting at the new Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter (located at 2650 Gainesboro Grade), to helping with fundraising and education projects, there is much that can be done to help make a difference for the anmals in our community!

Volunteer Tasks:

*  Assist at the Animal Shelter with feeding animals, walking dogs, and kennel maintenance duties

*  Assist with Adoption fairs and events showcasing animals needing adoption.

*  Help with fundraising event, marketing and production of event

*  Be part of the set-up team for events like Bark In The Park, Walk for the Animals, Mistletoe Market and the Fur Ball to name a few.

Lots of opportunity to get involved with helping animals find homes.  One of our Board of Directors was a student volunteer who became an Intern with us, and then was invited to join our Board.

Come work with us and help make a difference for the animals!
