It is the mission of Bully-Free Tennessee to unite diverse elements across the state to create a socially, emotionally, and physically safe and nurturing learning environment for youth by addressing various aspects of violence in schools.

Empower Individuals by informing students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders in the education of youth on evidence based strategies and providing the best tools and practices possible to take action.
Strengthen Communities by fostering partnerships between existing efforts and initiatives to work towards the common goal of a bully-free state. And by ensuring that all proactive members of a community play an active role.
Build Resiliency in Youth by providing a strong network of support for students to create an environment which promotes the relationships, opportunities, and personal qualities that young people need for positive social, emotional, and physical development.
